———————————————————————————————————————————————————-Owners just a little information about a small piece of property on Tagish. This walkway was put in by the developer in 1998 so that we could have a walkway and bridge over the canal to the other side. Once the developer was done with our sub he petition the City to not have to make the bridge and they the City approved.
So we were left with this strip of walkway that has never thrived. We cant keep it green, the clocks are messed with so the water doesn’t do it’s job and the timers/clocks parts are not working so we have decided to do something else in this area. It should look a lot better for the years down the road.
We are putting decorative rock in the place of the grass and a few decorative boulders so it looks landscaped and people cant drive up in that area. The Board has made this decision we think it will save money in the long run.

KEEP YOUR TREES & SHRUBS PRUNED & VEHICLES AWAY FROM MAILBOXES
HOMEOWNERS PLEASE CLEAN UP YOUR PLUM TREES OFF THE SIDEWALKS AND STREETS, AND CLEAN OUT THE GUTTERS FROM DEBRIS AND WEEDS - SPRAY
WE DON’T WANT TO HAVE TO CHARGE YOU A FINE
AT $50 PER DAY
WE THINK IT’S GETTING A LITTLE OUT OF CONTROL AND LACKADAISICAL LETS TAKE PRIDE IN OUR SUBDIVISION AGAIN
As our CC&R’s state, the HOA will enforce these minimums, as well as the City. There are $50 minimum fines by the HOA, and more than that by the City for homeowners who do not comply.
Read the City’s Notice here. We appreciate every homeowner helping make our streets AND our sidewalks safe to walk and drive. The City and the Post Office also require minimum safe distances from mailboxes and vehicles.
TREE AND SHRUB PRUNING: IMPORTANT TIPS
Spring is here and those trees and shrubs are growing. Pruning is critical for the safe movement of cars and pedestrians. Trees should be cut 14’ above the street if growing outside the property boundary. Shrubs should be trimmed 8’ above the sidewalk and away from the edge to allow for pedestrians to walk freely.
